Yes all our items are 100% authentic.
Why do you not take pictures of product tags if all items are 100% authentic?
We pride our business on a clean image, label images tend to take away this look. Additional product images can be requested AFTER the purchase of any item.
Are your prices negotiable?
Yes, we’re negotiable on most of our items, send us a DM regarding the item your interested in and we’ll let you know our best price. Hurry though as this will not be available for too long.
How does ‘follow the price’ reduction work?
Simple, every X days a item has not sold the price will be reduced until the item is on its final reduction.
How will I know if the item I’m following has been reduced?
Simple, click the star shaped option top right of the product image, you will then be prompted to sign up to our mailing list. Once this is complete you will receive a email when the item has been reduced.
How can you reduce your prices every X days?
We wanted to change how you shop new / pre-loved designer items so rather than traditional sales, some product prices are reduced after X days. Buy immediately and be guaranteed your item or gamble with the benefit of a reduced price if not sold.
Why are some items cheap and others expensive?
There are multiple factors these are based on. As we sell a mixture of new / pre-loved items prices are set accordingly.

Are all the items I can see on Instagram in stock?
If when you ‘tap’ the Instagram image and it does not show the price or can’t be seen on our website the item has sold.
Can I request more images of the item(s)?
All images of our items can be seen on our website, additional images can only be provided AFTER the item has been purchased.
Can I meet up to collect my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer collections at this time, all items are shipped same day.

Yes, we accept returns on all UK items in the same condition within 7 days of purchase. Either a exchange or credit note up to the same value of purchase. (All international orders are final).
What if I break the BALRS ANONYMOUS returns tag?
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns we’re the tag has been removed or tampered with.
How do I create a return?
Simple, when we receive the item back we issue either a unique credit note or will ship a exchange for you. (Credit notes sent directly to your email).
Who pays for return shipping?
If you wish to return a item all return shipping charges are paid by you.
