We primarily use Royal Mail special delivery for all orders, each order will have attached its own unique code which can be tracked via: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

UK

All orders are dispatched from the UK, all orders placed before 12pm will be received next working day before 1pm, any orders processed after this time will be received the working day after.

Europe & Rest Of The World

All items can be shipped to most areas around the world, we give a lead time of 5-7 days with in Europe and 7-10 days the rest of the world. Prices will vary dependant on weight and delivery location. Once a shipping location has been selected at checkout a quote will be generated. RETURNS 

Returns form

Each order comes with a returns form included, on the returns form are instructions on how / where to return to us for a full refund, if you require any further information please contact us.

UK returns policy

We hope you will not have to however in the event of returning an item to us we are happy to exchange for credit towards any other item supplied by ourselves or a full refund.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase date to be eligible for a return. All items must also have our custom Balrs Anonymous security tag attached to the item when returning, unfortunately if this is removed or broken a return cannot be accepted.

Shipping

If a returns process is started you will be responsible for any shipping charges, unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask for all items to be returned via a trackable / insured delivery service as we do not honour unreceived returns.

International returns policy

Unfortunately we do not accept international returns, all international orders are final.
